1. Overview

Anonymous Designs is a marketplace where designers list digital design files for sale and buyers license and download them. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Listings and content

Designers may only list work they own or are licensed to sell. All listings are reviewed before appearing in the marketplace. We may remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Fees and payouts

The platform charges a commission on each sale (20% standard, 12% for Designer Pro subscribers). Payments are processed by Stripe and are collected by the platform. A designer's share of a sale is held for a clearing period of up to 14 days from the date of purchase before it is transferred to their connected Stripe account, so that refunds and chargebacks can be resolved first. If a sale is refunded or disputed during that period, the payout for that sale is canceled; if it is refunded or disputed afterwards, we may reverse the corresponding transfer. Payouts require a completed Stripe payout account; earnings from sales made before that account is connected are held until it is. Once transferred, the timing of the payout to a designer's bank is governed by Stripe's payout terms.

5. Staying on-platform

To protect anonymity and buyers, all communication and payment must stay on the platform. Sharing contact information or arranging off-platform payment is prohibited and may result in a ban.

6. Refunds

Because purchases are digital files delivered immediately, all sales are final except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of fraud or a materially misrepresented listing.
